Concept

I have been in aviation maintenance since 2001 — starting on the line at Zagreb before a career that took me through Lufthansa in Germany and a contract at Shannon, Ireland, then back to Croatia Airlines Technical Services. Along the way I built deep competence in AOG situations, line maintenance, and technical documentation across narrow-body jets, regional turboprops, and the newest Airbus generation.
This year I begin a new role in the MCC — the logical next step after two decades on the ramp. Alongside it, I'm building KS AeroDigital: a programme to modernise and digitise aviation documentation at Croatia Airlines, replacing outdated paper procedures and making daily maintenance work faster and safer.
